1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by dusting it lightly with flour or cornmeal. Cut tortillas into 6–8 triangles.
Bake the tortilla chips for 5–7 minutes, until lightly golden.
