  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and cornstarch together in a bowl.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then coat them with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy.
  4. In a separate pan, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and stir in sesame seeds.
  5. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
