- 4 cups cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Slice the sausage and chop the bell peppers and onions.
- Place the sausage, bell peppers, onions, and Cajun seasoning into the slow cooker.
- Add the cauliflower rice and mix well.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
