Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with olive oil.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and add spices.
  4. Slow cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken and mix it back into the sauce.
  6. Add tortellini, mozzarella, and cream, and stir.
  7. Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Add spinach in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  9. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
