- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with olive oil.
- Layer the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and add spices.
- Slow cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix it back into the sauce.
- Add tortellini, mozzarella, and cream, and stir.
- Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add spinach in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Finish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
