- 4 pork chops
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper; place them in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mushrooms, onion, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, remove the pork chops and stir in a cornstarch slurry, then cook on high for an additional 10–15 minutes uncovered.
