- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by shredding cabbage and carrots, mincing garlic and ginger, and optionally browning ground pork.
- Add ground pork, cabbage, carrots, garlic, and ginger to the crockpot and distribute evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture in the crockpot and stir until combined.
- Cover and set to low, cooking for 4-5 hours, until pork is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasonings before serving hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Optional: Brown the pork before adding to enhance flavor and texture. For more sauce, increase the soy sauce and sesame oil slightly.
