Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast or stew meat
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Mix butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings; pour over the top.
- Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Stir before serving and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove a cup of cooking liquid, whisk in cornstarch, and return to the slow cooker on HIGH for 5-10 minutes before serving.
