Description

Tender beef and silky garlic butter paired with potatoes that soak up savory flavors, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, place the chopped onion and halved baby potatoes.
  2. Add the beef chunks on top of the vegetables.
  3. Melt the garlic butter and pour it over the beef and potatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 360–480 minutes (6–8 hours) or on high for 180–240 minutes (3–4 hours) until the beef is tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For richer flavor, brown the beef before adding to the crockpot. Adjust seasonings according to taste.
