  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (as desired)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cube chicken breasts and potatoes.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; place in crockpot.
  3. Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear chicken in butter with minced garlic until slightly browned, transfer to crockpot.
  5. Pour Garlic Parmesan Sauce over chicken and potatoes.
  6. Cook on low in crockpot for 4-6 hours.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, allowing it to melt.
  8. Mix gently and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
