- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (as desired)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cube chicken breasts and potatoes.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; place in crockpot.
- Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken in butter with minced garlic until slightly browned, transfer to crockpot.
- Pour Garlic Parmesan Sauce over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low in crockpot for 4-6 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, allowing it to melt.
- Mix gently and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
