  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
