- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the lemon garlic mixture over them.
- Add the chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 240–360 minutes or on high for 120–180 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
