Description

A comforting and easy slow-cooker dish featuring tender pork chops and flavorful potatoes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the potatoes and sliced onion on top of the chops.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, place in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 2-3 months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
