Instructions
- Peel and dice the pears.
- In the slow cooker, combine the pears with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, water, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 240–360 minutes or until the pears are soft.
