- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into one-inch pieces.
- Place the cubed sweet potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the sweet potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Mash the sweet potatoes to your desired smoothness.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans, flour, and melted butter for the topping.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the mashed sweet potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cover again and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
