- 1 pound radishes, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the radishes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Trim the radishes by removing the root end and leafy greens.
- Halve or quarter the radishes for even cooking.
- Toss the radishes with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Spread radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and lightly browned.
- Optional: Drizzle balsamic vinegar during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
Notes
Radishes can be served warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
