- 4–6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar or Brown Sugar Alternative for Low Carb
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 4 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and oregano.
- Pour sauce over chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, shred chicken and mix with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish can be served over rice, in tacos, or as part of a grain bowl. For an extra kick, add some fresh herbs or a splash of lime juice.
