Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
1/4 cup butter (for streusel)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
Fold in diced apples. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
To make the streusel, mix together oats, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and 1/4 cup butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the batter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
