- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups beef broth
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the olive oil with the diced onion.
- Sauté the mixture in a skillet over medium heat until the onion is soft.
- In a separate bowl, mix ground beef, pork, sautéed onion, Panko, egg yolks, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan, whisk in flour, gradually add beef broth to form a sauce.
