Description

A smooth and creamy treat made with white chocolate, Biscoff spread, and topped with crunchy Biscoff biscuits, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
  • 397g (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 400g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) white chocolate chips
  • 100g (½ cup) Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional)
  • 130g (1 cup + ⅓ cup) Biscoff biscuits, crushed

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and condensed milk over medium-low heat until smooth (3-5 min).
  3. Add white chocolate chips and stir constantly until fully melted (5-7 min).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Biscoff spread, vanilla extract, and optional salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top, pressing them down slightly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Lift fudge from pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
