Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) with the rack in the center.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  8. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
