- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) with the rack in the center.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
- Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
Notes
Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
