Description

A comforting chicken pot pie filled with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and topped with flaky biscuits, perfect for cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (16.3 oz) Grands biscuits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well combined, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Open the package of Grands biscuits and separate them. Place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture, slightly spaced apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
