Ingredients

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chipotle powder (or adobo sauce), smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight for more flavor.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken until it gets golden char marks and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
- Blend the Chipotle Ranch Sauce: In a blender, mix ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, then adjust the spice or salt as needed.
- Assemble the Burrito: Warm the tortillas, then layer with rice (if using), sliced grilled chicken, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, cheese, lettuce, avocado, and chipotle ranch sauce. Wrap it snugly and enjoy warm!
