Ingredients

- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of chili sauce
- 1/2 cup of grape jelly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Form mixture into one-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine chili sauce and grape jelly; heat over medium until the jelly melts and blends with the sauce.
- Once meatballs are baked, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Serve warm on a platter or keep warm in the saucepan.
Notes
These meatballs can be served as appetizers or over spaghetti as a main course. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
