Description

Tender and flavorful cocktail meatballs with a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for gatherings or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Form mixture into one-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine chili sauce and grape jelly; heat over medium until the jelly melts and blends with the sauce.
  6. Once meatballs are baked, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
  7. Serve warm on a platter or keep warm in the saucepan.

Notes

These meatballs can be served as appetizers or over spaghetti as a main course. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
