- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add bell peppers and onions; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix beef mixture with pepperoni, marinara, cheeses, eggs, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
