Description

These peach pie cruffins are a delightful twist between croissants and muffins—flaky, fruity, and easy to make using crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 1 cup peach pie filling (homemade or canned)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: vanilla extract or lemon zest

Optional Glaze:

  • Powdered sugar + milk
  • or cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle. Pinch seams together.
  3. Brush with melted butter and spread the peach pie filling evenly.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and slice lengthwise.
  5. Twist each half with cut sides out and spiral into a rose shape.
  6. Place each spiral into muffin tin cups.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, then optionally glaze or dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

These cruffins are best served warm. You can customize with other fruit fillings like apple or cherry, and finish with a drizzle of vanilla glaze or powdered sugar.
