Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter, then stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon. Store bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
