- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter, then stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon. Store bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
