Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks, and drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the beef mixture evenly at the bottom.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
