Description

Delicious and customizable breakfast croissant boats filled with eggs, bacon, and optional toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Croissants
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheese (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the croissant halves on a baking sheet, and fill each half with bacon and the egg mixture.
  6. Top with cheese and chives if desired.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the croissants are golden.

Notes

Make sure to fully cook the bacon for the best texture. You can substitute different cheeses or meats as desired.
