- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Put the mixture over medium heat and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly. Let it boil for about 4-5 minutes without stirring, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until melted, then add marshmallow crème and vanilla extract. Mix until blended, then fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 9×9-inch pan. Allow it to cool completely for about an hour, then cut into squares and enjoy!
