Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (or 1/3 cup coconut sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
  8. Optionally, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before serving.
