- 1 lb ground turkey sausage
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, bell peppers, and spinach; mix well.
- Add the ground turkey sausage to the mixture.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; combine thoroughly.
- Grease a casserole dish and pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the casserole rest after baking for better texture. It can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
