Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, bell peppers, and spinach; mix well.
  3. Add the ground turkey sausage to the mixture.
  4. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; combine thoroughly.
  5. Grease a casserole dish and pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
