Ingredients

- 3 apples
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Oil for frying
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Some sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
Instructions
- Peel and slice the apples and toss them with cinnamon and sugar.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and some sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until mixed.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Dip apple slices into the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm; can be dusted with powdered sugar or served with ice cream or caramel sauce.
