Description

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 250g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • Oil for frying
  • Cinnamon (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prep the apples by peeling and slicing them. Mix with cinnamon and sugar.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk until combined.
  4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, mixing gently.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and place apple slices on top. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve warm, dusted with cinnamon and sugar if desired.
