- 1 ½ quarts vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chopped chocolate candy bars for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie base by baking according to box instructions and cooling completely.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled brownie layer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Carefully remove the cake from the springform pan, drizzle ganache over the ice cream layer, and top with chopped candy bars.
- Return to the freezer for 1 hour to set, then slice and serve.
