- 1.5 lbs beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs small potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef and potatoes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir everything to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

For extra flavor, consider adding diced onions or carrots to the slow cooker.
