  • 4 8-oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth, reduced sodium
  • 5 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with sea salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let it melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until done and sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Transfer chicken to a serving plate and spoon garlic butter sauce over each piece. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
