- 4 8-oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth, reduced sodium
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with sea salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let it melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until done and sauce thickens slightly.
- Transfer chicken to a serving plate and spoon garlic butter sauce over each piece. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
