Ingredients

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for about 3 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet with the garlic butter.
- Stir in soy sauce and black pepper, mixing well to coat the noodles.
- Remove from heat and serve, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a skillet with a splash of water or broth.
