Description

A delightful twist on classic instant ramen with rich garlic and butter flavors, ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet with the garlic butter.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and black pepper, mixing well to coat the noodles.
  6. Remove from heat and serve, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a skillet with a splash of water or broth.
