- 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, tossing occasionally. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned to your desired doneness.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Consider marinating the steak bites for extra flavor. You can also add bell peppers or onions for variety.
