Description

A simple yet delicious dish combining steak with baby potatoes, perfect for quick dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, tossing occasionally. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned to your desired doneness.
  5. Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Consider marinating the steak bites for extra flavor. You can also add bell peppers or onions for variety.
