Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 (16 oz) package gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine everything.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
