- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine the buffalo wild wings sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Shred the cooked chicken in the crockpot using two forks and add the cooked pasta and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Stir everything together until well combined and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for a more vibrant flavor. Adjust the spiciness by choosing a milder sauce if desired.
