Description

A creamy, flavorful dish combining tender chicken with pasta in a luscious garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine the buffalo wild wings sauce, heavy cream, minced garlic, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken in the crockpot using two forks and add the cooked pasta and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for a more vibrant flavor. Adjust the spiciness by choosing a milder sauce if desired.
