  • 2 cups spinach (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it to combine with the garlicky oil.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. If using spinach, add it now and cook until wilted.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
