Rich and fudgy gluten-free brownies infused with matcha for a unique flavor twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, matcha powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
