- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond flour, gluten-free flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and ground ginger.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes
