4 slices rustic bread
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped

Toast bread until golden.
Sauté garlic in butter, add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
