- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken breast and cooked quinoa.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives.
- Incorporate diced red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
