- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, dill, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
