- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and they are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tzatziki sauce or over rice.
Notes
