Ingredients

- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: 1 tablespoon coconut flour (for extra thickness)
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in almond flour and coconut flour (if using) along with a pinch of salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Chill for 10 to 15 minutes if desired to firm up the dough.
- Scoop and enjoy, storing leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days.
