1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink and starting to brown, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if desired.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat the meat evenly. Sprinkle the cornstarch and stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 2–3 minutes.
